Introducing DDD: DIY Dev Droid

I’m going to do a set of videos around ROS2 and MicroROS using Raspberry PI Pico and a Raspberry PI 4. This is the first in the sequence introducing DDD, my DIY Dev Droid.

DDD is a three-wheeled development robot based on the Raspberry PI Pico and Raspberry PI 4. This video explores the basic design principles, mechanical design and the main electronic components.

The plan is to use MicroROS and ROS2 for the control system. I’ll share future videos using DDD as the platform. I will also publish the OpenSCAD models I’ve used once these have been cleaned up a bit.
